We have a 30-day helmet exchange policy, for exchanging your helmet for another size, one time. Our helmet Team has been design-engineering and building helmets for decades, so our helmets should be true to our sizing chart.
Because our gear has so much 'Smart and LED Technology'. we can't just take a returned product, replace the pads and ship it to a new customer. The helmets and backpacks must go through an extensive dismantle and testing, before we could rebuild and ship again. For this reason, we have a 20% restocking fee if returned, outside our helmet exchange policy.
